SuperGaming, the publisher behind the Indus Battle Royale, is excited to present Indus Inferno, a nationwide grassroots esports tournament series. This marks the debut of Indus in the esports scene, offering a thrilling summer special packed with competitions. Players have the chance to compete for prizes and bragging rights, showcasing their skills in India’s pioneering new-generation battle royale. Indus Inferno promises to be an exceptional opportunity for gamers to experience high-level play and strive to become the best in the country.

Developed by the award-winning Pune-based studio SuperGaming, Indus is an Indo-futuristic battle royale game set to launch on mobile, PC, and consoles. Pre-registrations for the game are now live on Google Play for Android, and they’ve already surpassed 10 million.

Indus Inferno kicked off this week with the Regional Scrims, featuring a prize pool of Rs. 50,000. The event generated immense excitement as players from various cities across India participated.

The Indus Inferno Finale, scheduled for 1st June, will feature an impressive prize pool of Rs. 5,00,000.

Player registration for the Open Qualifiers is now open and will close on 19th May. The Qualifiers will take place from 20th May to 24th May. Only the top 2,000 players from the Inferno in-game Leaderboard are eligible to register. The top 10 teams from the Open Qualifiers will secure spots in the finale, where they will compete alongside invited esports teams in an epic showdown.

In addition to this, teams of Indus content creators, community members, several esports organizations, and winners of past playtests will also participate in the tournament. The total prize pool is Rs. 5,00,000, with the winners receiving Rs. 2,50,000, and the runners-up, third-place, and fourth-place teams earning Rs. 1,00,000, Rs. 75,000, and Rs. 50,000 respectively. The most valuable player will be awarded Rs. 25,000.

Moreover, the finale will feature India’s top esports team owners, giving Indus’ best players the chance for face-to-face opportunities to be scouted for a career in esports playing Indus. These include:
